On November 10th/11th I was driving back from Fredonia,NY and after about 20 minutes of driving I noticed the sky seemed to be glowing. I was confused and began looking for the moon. Nope no moon... after looking around and realizing it was everywhere and greenish I thought perhaps it was the aurora borealis, or nothern lights. I was confused though because I thought that it was only visible from northern latitudes, ie Alska and other places near and within the Arctic circle. After a call to Kelly she confirmed that I was wrong about the northern latitude thing and was in fact seeing the aurora. Cool. I took some of these on route 90 East. I lost sight of the aurora until I was on route 81 North going back to Potsdam, NY. I saw it all along 81 and it was still visible when I got back to Clarkson. It was quite visible from Cheel lawn. Here's a bunch of pictures I took along the drive. Enjoy!
